Hi, we're Tim and Abi
We started Got Crabs Cornwall to bring high-quality, simple shellfish to people wanting to experience the best of Britain.
We work directly with the North Cornish Coast day-boat fleet to source the best shellfish in the country and prepare it for you.
Find us online or at our pop-up, where we serve our famous crab sandwiches and lobster rolls.
SAMPLE MENU
SANDWICH POP-UP
HAND-PICKED CORNISH CRAB & LOBSTER
All our shellfish is sourced live from local, sustainable, day-boat fishermen along the North Coast of Cornwall, landing in Padstow, Newquay and St. Ives.
WHITE CRAB ROLL
With lemon & parsley mayo and salad on a brioche bun.
(Or sourdough for a more traditional crab sandwich)
MIXED CRAB SARNIE
White & brown crab meat with tobasco marie rose, homemade pickles & shredded lettuce.
DRESSED CRAB (GF)
White & brown crab meat in its crab shell wiith a choice of mayo, salad & slices of sourdough
(or crisps for a gluten-free option).
LOBSTER ROLL
1/2 a Cornish lobster served with orange & basil or lemon mayo and salad on a brioche bun.
SIDE OF SLAW (VE)
Local & fresh vegetables dressed in lime juice, sesame & soy sauce.
All sandwiches are served with a large portion of hand-cooked, West country crisps.
