Got Crabs was founded by husband-and-wife team Tim and Abi, with a simple goal: to serve the best crab sandwich along the coast of Cornwall.

Working closely with day-boat fishermen, we built the business around quality, seasonality, and responsible sourcing.

 

As we grew, we realised that achieving the standard we wanted meant taking control of the entire process — from how shellfish is sourced and stored to how it’s prepared — with a focus on care, quality, and keeping more of this incredible produce closer to home.

Today, we supply exceptional Cornish crab and lobster both online and to chefs, restaurants, and fishmongers who value provenance and consistency.

Our crab sandwiches and lobster rolls are where it all began — and while that side of the business is paused for now, it remains a big part of our story and something we know we will to return to in the future.
