Processing Orders

Orders are typically processed within 1 - 2 business days after payment confirmation.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays may be processed the next working day.

Shipping Options

This option is recommended for customers who want their seafood delivered as quickly as possible.

Standard Delivery

Estimated delivery time: 2–5 business days after your order is placed.

This option provides a more economical delivery choice.

Packaging

All seafood products are carefully packed in insulated packaging designed to maintain freshness during transit.

Freshness & Temperature on Arrival

Our seafood is packed in insulated packaging designed to keep products fresh during transit.

It is normal for chilled products to arrive cool rather than ice cold, especially during warmer weather or longer delivery routes. This does not mean the product is unsafe to eat.

If your product appears damaged, spoiled, or unsafe to consume, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos and your order number so we can investigate and resolve the issue.

Delivery Responsibility

Because our products are perishable, we recommend ensuring someone is available to receive the delivery.

Once your order arrives, products should be refrigerated promptly.

Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for ensuring the delivery address provided at checkout is accurate.

We cannot guarantee refunds or replacements for orders delivered to an incorrect address supplied by the customer.

While we aim to meet all delivery timeframes, delays may occasionally occur due to:
